While jewelry is inherently delicate and meant to be treated with care, this warranty exists to protect you in the rare case that something isn’t as it should be from the very beginning. Should a manufacturing issue arise, we are here to support you with honesty, clarity, and a human touch.

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Chains, clasps, or connections that break due to a manufacturing issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will lovingly repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered?

Yes. Once a warranty claim is approved, Pamela Stella Jewelry covers all shipping costs related to the repair or replacement.
