Pamela Stella Jewelry currently ships to all countries within the European Union and the some international countries like Canada, United States, Australia and more to come!
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside these regions.

3. Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

4. Order Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Pamela Stella Jewelry is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If the delivery address is incorrect or modified after the order has been shipped, any reshipment fees will be charged to the customer.

If the order is refused by the recipient or if the recipient is absent, Pamela Stella Jewelry is not responsible for the failed delivery and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.
5. Deliveries to Hospitals and Public Institutions

Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, public buildings, or restricted-access locations may be left at reception or a similar designated area when direct hand-to-recipient delivery is not possible.

When possible, a signature will be requested from the receptionist or responsible staff member. The order will then be considered successfully delivered. Pamela Stella Jewelry is not responsible for the package after it has been delivered and signed for.

To facilitate smooth delivery, customers are encouraged to provide as many details as possible: department name, room number, floor, full name of recipient, etc.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and, when available, a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
