1. PURPOSE

1.1. These Purchase Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the access, purchase, and return of products offered through the website www.pamelastellajewelry.com (hereinafter, the “Online Store”).
1.2. The Online Store is owned and operated by Pamela Stella Jewelry, a registered brand managed by Pamela Di Pillo , located in Mallorca, Spain.
1.3. Accessing, purchasing from, or using the Online Store implies full acceptance of these Terms.
1.4. Each order is governed by the Terms in effect on the date the order is placed.

 


 

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. Product images and descriptions aim to reflect reality as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the handmade nature of many pieces.
2.2. All product offers are subject to availability. In case of temporary out-of-stock items, Pamela Stella Jewelry will notify the customer and offer alternatives or a refund.
2.3. If an order is cancelled due to lack of stock, the refund will be issued using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days. 

 


 

3. ORDERS

3.1. To place an order, the user must select the desired products and complete the checkout process, expressly accepting these Terms.
3.2. The order confirmation sent by Pamela Stella Jewelry constitutes acceptance of the sales contract.
3.3. Once the order is placed and payment received, the customer will receive a confirmation email with order details.
3.4. Pamela Stella Jewelry reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or improper system use.

 


 

4. PRICES & PAYMENT METHODS

4.1. Prices listed in the Online Store include applicable VAT but do not include shipping fees, which will be shown before completing the purchase.
4.2. Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
4.3. Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal.

4.4. All payments are processed through secure (SSL) payment gateways. Pamela Stella Jewelry does not store any customer banking information.

 


 

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery conditions and timelines are detailed in the “Shipping Policy” available on the website.
5.2. Pamela Stella Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (transport, customs, or force majeure events).
5.3. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.

 


 

6. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

General Information

Our return policy is valid for 14 business days from the date the order is received.
After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

 


 

Section 1 – Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect or missing product

If your return meets any of these conditions, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order at pamela@pamelastellajewelry.com, including your order number and product photos.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Used, opened, or repackaged products

  • Customized items or personalized fragrance candles

 


 

Section 2 – Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.  

 


 

Section 3 – Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your bank or card issuer

Section 4 – Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 business days at pamela@pamelastellajewelry.com, and we will guide you through the return and refund process.

Once the refund is completed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Pamela Stella Jewelry.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or insured package, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.

Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

7. CANCELLATIONS

7.1. Customers may cancel their order provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, it must be processed as a return.

8. LIABILITY

8.1. Pamela Stella Jewelry is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the products or for delays caused by force majeure.
8.2. The total liability of Pamela Stella Jewelry, for any cause, is limited to the total value of the order.

9.1. Personal data provided by customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By making a purchase, the customer authorizes the processing of their data for the purpose of managing the commercial relationship.

 


 

10. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, unless consumer protection laws establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
